A fantastic outcome has emerged from the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce’s February Networking Breakfast, showcasing the power of local connections. Cleveland-based Evolve Wellbeing Psychology recently delivered professional development training on ADHD to trainers from Inscope Training, supporting their commitment to inclusive education practices.
This collaboration was born directly from a conversation at the Chamber breakfast event, as highlighted by Teola Marsh from Inscope:
“We would not have thought to engage a psychology service for professional development had we not met and spoken at the Chamber Breakfast Networking Event.”
The Chamber’s staff member Kate Adams expressed her appreciation:
“It’s great to see local services strengthening and supporting each other. Events like the Chamber breakfasts are all about building these connections.”
Excitingly, this isn’t the only outcome from that event! The Redland Regional Jobs Committee also met Evolve Wellbeing Psychology at the breakfast event. As a result of that connection, RRJC now have Evolve Wellbeing Psychology delivering a guest presentation at an upcoming HR event in June, focused on supporting Redland’s small businesses with HR, legal, and staff wellbeing advice.
This is just one of many examples of how collaboration through local networking can lead to real and meaningful impact in our Redlands region!
