At Elysium Restaurant & Bar we pride ourselves on providing the Redlands community with top quality food and service. Due to the overwhelming response from our local community it’s time to expand our team.

If you are a chef/cook and have at least 2-3 years experience in a commercial kitchen, a desire to be a part of a high performing team and passionate about food then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard.
• Prep, set up and break down kitchen.
• Learn and implement new cooking techniques, contributing to the development of new dishes.
• Deliver dishes that meet our specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised workplace, taking pride in your environment.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Chef/Cook with a minimum of 2-3 year experience on pans, grills and ovens.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for food.
• Trade qualification in commercial cookery or studying towards.

The successful candidate must be able to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends.

This is a casual position with approximately 20-38hrs available per week.
