As our Infrastructure Specialist, you will use your expertise to deliver IT capabilities beyond traditional in-house infrastructure operations to enhance Council’s IT Operations. The ideal candidate will be resilient, collaborative and have substantial experience in managing large infrastructural environments. You will provide specialist technical leadership direction and support; lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis; be responsible for undertaking significant migration activities and take the technical lead in projects working closely with various stakeholders.

Eligibility
- You’ll possess a relevant tertiary level IT qualification.
- You’ll possess ITIL Knowledge or certification.
- You’ll possess significant and considerable experience in managing large infrastructure environments.
