Your opportunity

Then this is the perfect role for you! The HRIS Administrator will be instrumental in supporting the roll out of new modules and undertaking general HRIS administrator tasks such as monitoring of batch jobs and setting up security profiles. You will work closely with People, Culture and Organisational Performance Group to ensure all projects delivered are aligned with our people systems and data roadmap. This includes:
Assist the People Systems Analyst with stakeholder engagement to identify system requirements and design project.
Maintain and update system configuration to resolve system defects and undertake system improvements.
Undertake research in relation to defects, system improvements and upgrades.
Coordinate the testing and documentation of system changes.
Review system capabilities, identify improvement and make recommendations to the organisation.
