Your opportunity


Focussing on our people here at Redland City Council, we have a vacancy for a Business Partner. This position works within a hybrid work environment where there is a mixture of onsite and work from home days during the week.


This opportunity will see you professionally and impartially supporting the People Strategy, Corporate Plan and Chief Executive Officer’s (CEO) Vision Story by delivering:


Client-focussed workplace relations and people and culture consultancy, intervention, advice and advocacy in a challenging and complex environment
Efficient and compliant management of caseloads
Holistic people solutions for leaders across the business
As our Business Partner People Performance, you will act as a People, Culture and Organisational Performance champion and actively contribute to positioning the team as trusted business partners and advisers who add value and conrtribute to business strategy and outcomes.

You’ll hold Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Law or Behavioural Science; or an equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience and training.
You’ll have extensive experience in a broad range of human resources functions within medium to large complex organisations.
You’ll hold a current Class C driver’s licence.
