As our Maintenance Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees and contractors providing technical and operational support. You will conduct inspections and investigate maintenance defects and complaints, and prepare works programs in accordance with service area agreements and budget constraints while adhering to allocated timelines.
The successful candidate will be able to manage competing deadlines and provide a high level of communication to all team members maintaining the existing collaborative working environment.

You’ll hold a minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant field
You’ll have a Cert IV Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent
You’ll possess a current C Class Driver’s
You’ll be willing to participate in after hours on-call Roster, and other overtime as required
