Your opportunity

As our Senior Adviser Asset Management, you will provide leadership, innovation and specialist advice in the delivery of efficient, sustainable and timely open space asset management.

Guided by our Values, you will:

Support strategic planning objectives.
Develop, maintain and improve asset and service management plans, related budget management, systems and practices.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Can bring extensive experience in strategically managing multiple asset portfolios.
Has comprehensive knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to open space assets.
Is passionate about excellence in written, verbal communication and customer service skills, including the ability to negotiate and communicate complex issues.

Eligibility

You’ll have a current ‘C’ class drivers licence
