As our Senior Parks and Conservation Supervisor, you will deliver quality asset maintenance and construction services to structures such as playgrounds or skate parks in a safe, efficient, effective and timely manner. You will manage crews in order to oversee operational works and contract management. You will strive to create an attractive and productive workplace where continuous improvement is always in mind.
What you’ll bring

You will have experience with open space maintenance works planning and programming and contract management, including the innovation and implementation of efficient work practices. You will enjoy working with people while creating professional and responsive working relationships. You will be familiar with managing physical, financial and information resources, to achieve cost effective services.
You will be ready to get off the tools and lead crews. Previous leadership experience will be highly advantageous.

You’ll hold a diploma in Horticulture or relevant discipline, or significant relevant experience in a similar role, or the ability to rapidly acquire a diploma in a Horticultural field.
You’ll have a current Class C Drivers Licence.
