$105,536.94 to $112,629.04  Annually  + up to 12% super

Your opportunity

 

As our Senior Trees and Landscapes Services Officer, you will deliver quality maintenance and enhancement services.

 

Guided by our Values, you will:

 

Manage operational projects to achieve the timely delivery of trees and landscapes services.
Provide specialist advice and develop customer focused working relationships.
Lead multiple crews, including performance management, training and succession planning to create an attractive and productive workplace.
Drive continuous improvement, ensuring effective services are delivered to Redlands Coast.

 

 

What you’ll bring

 

We would love to hear from you or someone you know who:

 

Is experienced with project management, including planning, programming and report writing to oversee a number of projects simultaneously in a challenging work environment.
Possesses contemporary and emerging trees and landscapes techniques, and enjoys keeping their knowledge current.
Can manage financial, information and physical resources to achieve cost effective outcomes.
Is ready to get off the tools and wants to lead crews. Previous leadership experience will be highly advantageous.

Eligibility

 

You’ll have a current Class C Drivers Licence.
Successful applicants will be asked to consent to a police check. Please note that people with criminal records are not automatically barred from applying for this position. Each application will be considered on its merits.
