Due to a large pipeline of works, we are looking for a Civil Leading Hand, or someone ready to step up into that role, who has a solid understanding and experience in Civil Construction, ideally residential subdivisions. This position will support projects in the Logan Regions.

You’ll be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

About you
Experience in a Leading hand position or looking to take a step up into a leading hand role
3+ years experience in civil construction, including roads, retaining walls and concreting
ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
Current Driver Licence
A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
