Job Title: Butcher

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced butcher to join our team at The Freshionals Capalaba Park Shopping Centre.
As a butcher, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging various types of meats according to customer preferences and safety standards. You will also assist in maintaining inventory, keeping the workspace clean and organized, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cut meats according to customer specifications.

-Package and label meat products

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of cutting area and equipment

-Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

-Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and answer their meat-related questions

-Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a butcher, with knowledge of different cuts and types of meats
-Strong knife skills and ability to use cutting equipment
-Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of meat products
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Work Schedule:

Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays

6:30am – 2pm
