We are looking for a support worker to support our client, who is a 36-year-old male

Location: Thornlands, QLD

Responsibilities:
– Shifts available 4 days per week, 2 hours each morning 6-8am Tuesday- Friday
– Tasks include Personal Cares, Community Access, and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
– Additional weekend and afternoon shifts may be allocated as needed
– Preferably looking for someone who is physically fit and able to do long bike rides with the client.

Qualifications Required:
– NDIS Screening Card
– Blue Card
– Police Clearance
– Experience in Mental Health support
– Valid Driver’s License
– Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
– First Aid and CPR certificate
