Her business is based in the Redlands and she is passionate about helping local businesses understand the processes and costs relating to international freight movement. Rebecca is very active in promoting and supporting women in business and is also on the national board for Women’s International Shipping and Trade Association.

Tony Curl has always been a communicator. A leader of large teams of up to 300 team members, he had to be clear, concise and consistent with his message to achieve success. He now speaks widely at multiple levels. He is an accomplished keynote speaker and has a knack of closing out conferences and seminars to leave people energised for the journey ahead. His communication now extends to writing and he is the President of A Better Today Australia, a writing community designed to showcase aspiring Australian writers and empower their readers.Tony is known as CoachCurl and is the leading coach in Australia certified in the ground-breaking and effective coaching and influence program called Psycho-Neuro-Actualization.

He has worked in the print industry for 30 years and is the owner of Express Print & Sign. Adrian is customer focused and combines this with his knowledge of all forms of printing to help his customers solve and project manage all their print and signage requirements.

His experience includes serving as a sessional lecturer at Queensland University of Technology for five years, and Chairman of the Brisbane Chapter of the Financial Planning Association of Australia for three years. Ian serves on the Committee as Vice President, and as Chair of the Redland Business and Retail Awards Strategy Team.

Annette started her legal career in support roles and quickly became inspired by family members, mentors and strong female figures working in the industry to complete qualifications in law. She has approximately 25 years’ experience in the legal profession, having worked for several national firms, and across a number of legal disciplines. Her breadth of exposure ultimately led to the discovery of her true passion; family law. Annette enjoys building personal connections and helping people. She takes great pride in her role as an advocate, acting as a voice for those who are not heard, with her main area of focus being parenting cases. Annette is an active member at her boys’ local rugby union club and enjoys spending time outdoors and boating with her husband and family.

As a business owner, employer and mother, Lynne has a strong sense of community and is passionate about the Redlands and is an active member of many local charity groups.

Megan Warren taught as a Primary School Teacher for 13 years before embarking on her solo business journey, establishing Key to Kids in 2015. Megan runs parenting workshops and professional development for educators based on the US book and course ‘How to talk so kids listen & Listen so kids will talk’ by Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish. Through her business, Megan supports and engages with parents, educators, foster carers, social workers and other child-focused industry providers.

Megan has been an active member of the Redlands community in the past 8 years, fundraising and hosting events via her running club, the Bayside Runners and Walkers. Last year Megan was the Head coordinator of the inaugural Redlands Coast Fun Run, which was a sell-out event.

Australia born, he enjoys his involvement past and present in the Health and Marine sector. In sport he has been Club Champion and National finalist. In small business he enjoys his associations with business groups and networks. As a business assistant he travelled nationally to business events. He always finds himself drawn back to the water whether living by it, playing on it, sailing, boating, or with yachting clubs, or as a Master of a commercial vessel. It explains why he has lived in the Redlands for the past 23 years. He has been a Neighbourhood Watch Area Coordinator and contributed ideas to the Redland 2005 Community document. He joined the Redlands Chamber of Commerce to add value to society, business and further business development in the Redlands.
