Rebecca Young is the Director of Redlands Based International Freight Forwarding Company, Personalised Freight Solutions Global.
Rebecca has lived in Redlands her entire life, schooling locally and completing her high school certificate at Ormiston College.
She started her International Freight Forwarding Career in 2000, with a small customs brokerage in Fortitude Valley. Prior to Rebecca starting her own business, she was account manager for global machinery accounts including Caterpillar and Ritchie Bros Auctions.
In 2014, when Rebecca established the Personalised Freight Solutions brand, Redlands Coast would also become home not only to her family but her business too. In June 2020, Rebecca sold Personalised Freight Solutions Pty Ltd and retained Personalised Freight Solutions Global.
Personalised Freight Solutions Global is located in the Redlands Business Park, where Rebecca purchased 2 properties. By doing this they are now able to offer a complete door to door international freight forwarding service and customs brokering including warehousing and picking and packing services.
Cindy Corrie has been a Redlands local for 20 years! She is the founder, and a Board Director of The Sycamore School at Alexandra Hills. She’s the Good Human behind Good Human! Starting with organisational values, policies, and cultural initiatives – GOOD HUMAN brings a unique approach to ensuring the GOOD HUMANS in your business can give their whole selves to their work. Delivering greater efficiency, engagement and motivation.
Suzie has many years experience in real estate administration, property management and community marketing. Now she is managing the “Team Tafolo” rental division, in combination with her husband and office principal/owner Ben who heads the sales division. Suzie has a background as a Facebook trainer and social media facilitator, and has provided many seminars to small business owners locally. At her core, Suzie is a passionate community advocate for Redlands Coast and has a huge drive to support local small business. She has been involved in operating several successful business and community Facebook groups. Suzie is also the Chair of the Business Awards Team.

Ian experience includes serving as a sessional lecturer at Queensland University of Technology for five years, and Chairman of the Brisbane Chapter of the Financial Planning Association of Australia for three years. Ian serves on the Committee as Vice President.
First Class Accounts
Krystal is a certified bookkeeper and owns and operates First Class Accounts Capalaba, a bookkeeping company and she has a long history working within the sector. Her business is based in the Redlands and she is quickly becoming a well-known name within the area. Krystal has recently taken over the role as treasurer and is passionate about seeing the Redlands grow. Krystal is customer-focused and loves to engage with business owners on a personal level helping give them the tools to succeed within their own small businesses.
Express Print and Sign
Adrian Reavley came on board with the Committee this year and serves on the Strategy Team for The Chamber at RedFest. He has worked in the print industry for 30 years and is the owner of Express Print & Sign. Adrian is customer focused and combines this with his knowledge of all forms of printing to help his customers solve and project manage all their print and signage requirements.
The Cage Youth Foundation
Linda Grieve and the Team at The Cage Youth Foundation, who started a social enterprise business for their charity so as to not be reliant nor impacted by the ebb and flow of funding rounds. Their social enterprise endeavour has been working successfully for over 14 years. Linda joined the Redlands Chamber of Commerce to add value and support our local business.
Wild Cat Design
Cath is passionate about growing small business with a professional website and marketing program. Managing a small team of staff at Wild Cat Design to provide superior customer service and high quality outcomes for her clients. She is an experienced web developer (over 15 years), graphic designer and multimedia creator (photography, videography & editing) with over 30 years IT experience. Cath has also acquired excellent knowledge around Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) implementation and enjoys helping clients increase their presence in search.
Adam is a proud Indigenous Entrepreneur, Experienced Executive and Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Business Planning, Microsoft Word, and Coaching. Strong entrepreneurship professional with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) focused in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Sydney University.

Belinda Hayes is the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce Business Support Officer and holds a steep history and passion for the Redlands Coast. Having lived here her entire life, schooled here, run multiple businsess in the area and now also raising her own family here.
Belinda holds numerous degrees, including a Degree in Buinsess specialising in Entreprenerial Management and was also the initial creator, builder and owner of Bay Play Cleveland (the Redlands Coasts’ indoor play centre). She is also the current co-owner of a Franchise, EcoKleenSolar Redlands North, a company specialising in cleaning, inspections and bird proofing of solar panels as well as the Commerical Business Development Managers for solar care and maintenance in Sth East Queensland.
