Gemma’s business is growing at a rapid rate and she is seeking a confident and organised go-getter with an eagle eye for detail, dedicated to maintaining client relationships and achieving set goals.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Daily lead generation and marketing tasks
• Cold calling and database management
• Door knocking and fixing appointments
• Prepare listing kits
• Assist with auctions, open homes and property inspections
• Buyer enquiry and management
• Administration and general sales support
• Ongoing Training – Attending sales meetings and corporate training sessions

Must haves:

• A Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
• A Current QLD drivers licence with access to a clean and reliable car
• Full time availability and excellent time management skills
• Sales experience and Real estate experience is a bonus, but not needed
• Good team player, high energy levels, can do attitude, approachable and sociable
• Great work ethic involving a mixture of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm
