The Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce board is a team of passionate volunteers. All are Redlands Coast business owners and professionals.

President & Champion Redlands Coast Sub Committee Chair

Suzie is a highly experienced professional with a wealth of knowledge in the real estate industry. In addition to serving as the Business Growth Manager and co-owner of Tafolo Realty alongside her husband, who serves as the Principal and agency owner, Suzie also holds key leadership roles in the community. As the current Chamber President, Chair of the Chamber Ambassador team, Chamber Representative for our Regional Jobs Committee, and Chair of CRC, she has established herself as a valuable and respected leader within the local community. Her commitment to connecting with members and fostering community engagement is a testament to her passion and dedication. Suzie’s contributions to the community have been recognised through numerous accolades, including being named a finalist in the 2022 Redland's Australia Day awards for Citizen of the Year and being awarded again a finalist in the 2023 Redlands Australia Day Awards Local Hero and Citizen of the Year.

Vice-President & Breakfast Events Chair

Adrian Reavley is Vice President and is our longest serving committee member.  He is also the Chair of our Breakfast Series events. Adrian has worked in the print industry for 30 years and is the owner of Express Print & Sign. He is customer focused and combines this with his knowledge of all forms of printing to help his customers solve and project manage all their print and signage requirements.

Linda Grieve and the Team at The Cage Youth Foundation, who started a social enterprise business for their charity so as to not be reliant nor impacted by the ebb and flow of funding rounds. Their social enterprise endeavour has been working successfully for over 14 years. Linda joined the Redlands Chamber of Commerce to add value and support our local business.

Ross is a Senior Associate of McCarthy Durie Lawyers,  based out of the Redlands office, and works as as a Commercial and Property Law Solicitor.

Katie Bolton is a co-owner, with her partner of the AirElite Group; Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning service providers.

Michelle Meurs
Treasurer

Born in Canada and now calling Australia home, Michelle has been servicing the Redland Bay area for many years now. Helping local businesses streamline both their tax and bookkeeping, currently with ShoeBox Bookkeeping. Michelle has worked in the accounting and finance industry for many years, combining her wealth of knowledge and real-world experience to deliver top-notch services for her clients.

Aaron Weir
General Committee

Aaron is a Redlander through and through.  He moved here in 1988 from NSW and has no plans to leaving. He is the director of Azz Industries Electrical Contracting which he founded in 2004 and  has over 25 years in the electrical industry.  

Aaron has been involved in various roles within his children's school P&C for the last 7 years, and helped the current committee. He has a passion for getting involved in business and community events and loves sharing his highs and lows in business and hopes that others can gain from his experience.

Ally Williamson
General Committee & AWARDS CHAIR

Ally is an Account Manager from Aviso Broking with over 20 years’ experience in Insurance Broking. She loves building relationships and is committed to helping her clients understand and manage their risks in business. Ally moved to the Redlands in 2008 and has joined the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce as she is passionate about supporting local business and offering her time and energy to help share the benefits of her skills and network. She loves the region and is excited to see the development and opportunities coming in the future of our city.

General Committee & GRANTS/FUNDING CHAIR

Cheryl Stainsby is a Directors Advocate, her company “Strategic Solutions” provides  support to Directors and Business Owners looking to start new businesses, maintain the health of their current businesses, or explore an exit strategy.

Cheryl  offers assistance to Directors who are experiencing financial difficulties and  deals, on behalf of the business owner, with the ATO, Banks, Receivers, Liquidators and Bankruptcy Trustees.

Tina Nash
General Committee & Membership Ambassador Chair

Tina is the owner of a local family award winning business, Bathrooms2nv. Working alongside her husband Pete, they are a successful team who pride themselves on being able to create and provide their clients with their dream renovations.

Tina is passionate about connecting local people with local businesses which share the same values. She enjoys spending her time working with like minded individuals who also value advancing the Redlands into a hub of community excellence

Grace Tobin
General Committee

Grace is the committee's newest member. Grace was raised on the Redlands Coast, living on Minjerribah for most of her early life. Grace has worked in a variety of industries within the Redlands including hospitality, education and now as an Employment Pathways Officer at BUSY Schools Cleveland. She has a passion for advocating for Redlands young people and assisting disengaging young people finish their education or gain employment.

 

Initially starting in the Redlands Regional Job Committee as a youth voice, Grace has branched out and assisted with Redlands Women in Business and Breakfast Series events and now joins the committee as our youngest member. Being the youngest does not limit Grace in any way, recently winning the Stan Green Award from the Rotary Club of Capalaba in 2023 from her work in the Chamber.

Monique Morgan
Chamber Support Officer

Monique joined the Chamber in March 2023 as the Chamber Support Officer. Monique, life-long Redlander, has a wealth of experience in both business and administration, allowing her to support and oversee all areas of the Chamber.

She is the voice on the other end of the emails and looks after all of Chamber's members, administration and event coordination.
