FULL-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT

Local roof restoration company based in Cleveland is seeking a customer service/office assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.  You will be needed Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.

Duties include answering phones, booking appointments and other general office duties, customer service, customer database management.  Experience with Microsoft Office products is an advantage.  You will be required to learn basic technical information on our restoration processes and products used.
