Retail Lighting Store Manager (New Location)

Based at new location in Capalaba, the role will require you to manage the store and mentor and guide staff. The main responsibilities of the role will include:

Inspire and lead the team by mentoring and training
Enhance sales performance across retail and trade
Build long term relationships with trade customers and suppliers
Stock control
Provide excellent customer service
Priding yourself on knowledge of relevant product and technologies
Merchandising to increase appeal to customers

Previous Lighting retail/trade experience
Good communication skills
