This apprenticeship will enable you to gain the skills to interpret electrical drawings, develop circuits, install and maintain electrical components, wiring, equipment and systems in residential and commercial applications. This qualification fulfils the technical requirements for you to apply for your electrical contractor licence and become a trade-qualified electrician. Note: Initial apprenticeship training stages can be completed at TAFE Queensland's Alex Hills training centre. The remainder of your apprenticehip training will be completed at TAFE Queensland's Acacia Ridge training centre.
