We are seeking a friendly, welcoming, Receptionist who would like to make a difference with young people and be a pivotal member of our campus office team.

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our Redlands campus in a full-time capacity.

In this role, you will be a ‘brand’ advocate for the AITC at the front line of the campus and the first point of contact over the phone or on arrival for young people (students), parents, industry, and visitors. You will be a key member of the campus office team and undertake various tasks and administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

Providing an exceptional customer service experience when answering phone calls and emails, and greeting onsite visitors.
Assisting with setup and pack up of meetings and events, including catering requirements.
Managing campus mail and couriers, stationery orders, and processing payments at reception.
Calendar management of bookable campus resources and facilities, rooms, fleet cars including management of key distribution, etc.
Providing backup support to the broader campus administration team as required, including during peak periods and absences.

The following qualifications and experience are essential for this position:

Previous experience in a similar position of responsibility, with a strong client focus.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and effectively handling multiple priorities.
High level of attention to detail, strong communication skills
Ability to demonstrate the AITC values.
Right to work in Australia.
Current valid Working with Children Blue Card.

Desirable:

Experience working with the TASS school management system
Experience working in an education environment
